Friends and Family test - Results 2024-25

All organisations that provide NHS services gather feedback in the format of the 'Friends and Family test', contributing to national data figures. Sleaford Medical Group is no different to this, and we gather our patient's feedback in both paper and digital formats.
If you have been into the practice you may have seen the posters around the waiting room promoting friends and family test. For the tech savvy among us, you may have scanned the QR code linking directly to our online form.
The Friends and Family test is based around the following question;

Whilst gathering feedback from users of the service is very important, acting upon it is even more so. Over the last financial year there have been changes to improve patient experience, led by and supported by patient feedback. These include;
launching of SystmConnect - removing the need for a separate login and password
an increased presence on social media
continued improvements in how we use our IT systems to promote patient experience; such as setting up patient check in for enhanced access/hub appointments and increased use of patient invitation sms links
the employment of 2 Salaried GPs, to increase our clinical capacity, and promote continuity of care
It's important to share with our patients our feedback figures for this last year, taken directly from our friends and family test data. See these below:
