Dispensary - turnaround times

Due to the current increased demand of prescription requests from our Dispensary, we have had to temporarily increase our turnaround times. This will be for an initial period of 3 months, however we will keep you updated of any changes.

Please see the new turnaround times below:

• Urgent medication requests- 24 hours

• Repeat prescriptions - 48-72 hours

• Medication requests that aren't on your repeat prescription- 5 working days

• Medication started from hospital appointments/admissions- 5 working days
