Due to the current increased demand of prescription requests from our Dispensary, we have had to temporarily increase our turnaround times. This will be for an initial period of 3 months, however we will keep you updated of any changes.

Urgent medication requests- 24 hours
Repeat prescriptions - 48-72 hours
Medication requests that aren't on your repeat prescription- 5 working days
Medication started from hospital appointments/admissions- 5 working days
