askmyGP – Update for patients

We are aware, at periods of high demand, the askmyGP system is either slow or non-responsive. The developers are aware of this and are working to resolve the problem.

As you may be aware, the askmyGP system has been implemented into the majority of local practices. All practices are affected at these times of outage.

To prevent disruption to our patients we would like to clarify how you would be able to submit your request, should askmyGP be offline. We ask that you contact the practice on 01529 303301 and speak to a member of our Reception team, who will triage your request.
