Closing Days

The Surgery will be closed for training on the afternoon of Thursday 14th of December 2017.

However any minor injuries, physiotherapy patients or deliveries please report to the dispensary window and ring the bell for assistance.

We continue to strive towards providing patients with safe, evidence based high quality care. Whist retaining the goal of constantly being professional and friendly in order to instil confidence in the care we provide. Alongside this, we are dedicated and responsive to the changing health needs of our population.

As a workplace, we hold the belief that to make staff feel respected and supported you must listen and act upon their suggestions. Working as a team remains a key part of our principles as this allows us to respond to the needs of our patients with efficiency. Staff development and training to enhance skills is also actively encouraged.

 

As a Practice we currently cover a list size of 18,500 patients

We have a Zero Tolerance Policy at the Practice

Any abuse, racism, discrimination or harassment towards our staff, GP's, nurses or other patients will not be tolerated at the first instance.

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and well-being whatever your medical condition. 

Please note: Sleaford Medical Group adheres to stringent safety measures regarding medications as per NICE guidelines (National Institute of Clinical Excellence) some medications require blood tests or BP monitoring. Failure to respond to invitation for these blood tests will result in medications being stopped.
