Outside of GP hours (A&E avoidance)
- Mon-Fri 6:30pm-8pm
- Sat-Sun and Bank Holidays 8am-6pm
- Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Sunday

Symptoms stated within the Minor Injury table can be seen in Urgent Care with the Addition of: |
Respiratory | Bites and Stings | Infections |
· Coughs (for less than 4 weeks) · Breathing (Asthma-Bronchitis-COPD) | · Animal and Human bites · Insect stings | · Chest Infections · Genito-urinary infections, including STI’s · Ear Infections · Skin Infections |
Muscle | Abdomen / Digestive | |
· Joint and Limb pain/stiffness | · Abdominal Pain without fever · Diarrhoea and Vomiting | |
Conditions that cannot be seen in Urgent Care Unit |
Existing Problems | Severe Injuries | Severe Breathing Problems |
· Problems that has already been seen by your GP / is in the process of treatment / referral. | · Serious injuries · Major accidents (including road traffic accidents) · Severe pain of any description (i.e. likely appendicitis) If any of these symptoms occur call 999 | · Severe chest pains · Serious breathing problems · Anaphylactic reactions or collapse If any of these symptoms occur call 999 |
